Deal alert: CVS will pay you to buy greeting cards

Bookmark and Share

This week's generous greeting card deal at CVS just got even sweeter with the issue of two new printable coupons.

As I mentioned in my Sunday bargain roundup, the basic deal gives you $3 in Extra Bucks at CVS when you purchase three American Greetings cards. The 99-cent cards are included in the deal so you can spend $2.97 and get $3 in Extra Bucks. Already a nice deal.

But both CVS and the manufacturer have now issued printable coupons that make it possible to buy the cards without using any money at all.

Click here to print out a CVS coupon for $2 off three American Greeting cards.

Then go here to Coupons.com and print out a manufacturer's "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" coupon.

Since one coupon is a store coupon and one is from the manufacturer, you can use both. You'll end up paying only the tax on the cards.

But hurry. The deal is only good through Saturday evening. Limit 1 deal.

Thanks to Hip2Save.com for the heads up on this one.
