I ensured that I (1) clicked on box to indicate I was pledging not to be a money trasher; (2) entered my CVS loyalty card number; (3) entered my complete e-mail address; (4) re-entered for confirmation my complete e-mail address. I believe last time I may not have entered my loyalty card number in the correct box. I received the ECB e-mail immediately! Good luck!
