Historic trolley tracks to serve new purpose
Submitted by paigemaxwell on 07/30/2010 - 09:48Trolley tracks that were discovered during construction of the new streetscape on Hillsborough Street will get a new life - as a bike rack at the Boylan Bridge Brewpub.
The Hillsborough Street Community Service Corporation donated one of the tracks at the request of Boylan Bridge's owner, Andrew Leager.
To mark the occasion, a dedication ceremony will be held Sunday, Aug. 1, at 5 p.m.
