If toys and games are on your shopping list for the holidays -- or your child has a birthday party invitation on the fridge -- here's a nice opportunity to save a few dollars.

The Hasbro company has a spot on its website where you can print coupons on toys and games.

The selection varies, but right now coupons are available on some of the classics:

Hottest looking iPhone,iPad game - N.O.V.A. 3

Mobile gaming on the iPhone and iPad is big business. Gameloft has launched N.O.V.A. 3 which appears to have all the elements of a blockbuster bit.

Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance carries a premium price of $9.99. The action-adventure game features 10 levels of play, impressive cinematic graphics, and new 12-player battles in 6 multiplayer modes.

Maybe you're still obsessed with Words With Friends or Angry Birds. It's time to give something new a try. Draw Something recently topped both iOS and Android App downloads.

With similarities to Pictionary, its developers call it a social drawing game that you can play cooperatively or competitively with others.

If you or someone you know uses a mobile device primarily for solitaire, Draw Something may help.
 

Video: Epic Games' Infinity Blade: Dungeons for the new iPad

Cary based developer Epic Games has revealed it is working on a prequel to its two popular Infinity Blade hits.

Coupons.com is offering a dozen coupons on toys and games that have the potential to match up with clearance sales at Target and other stores trying to reduce their after-Christmas inventories.

The coupons range in value from $3 off a Jenga or Cranium game to as much as $8 off a Scrabble Flash, Simon Flash and Yahtzee Flash.

Think birthday party gifts and other special occasions throughout the year.

Most of the coupons expire March 11.

Cats get 3 new tablet apps

Friskies has developed three games for cats for the iPad and Android tablets. This will not doubt lead to bandwidth choking and sluggish performance on video sharing sites.

Infinity Blade update adds more edge to mobile blockbuster

Our favorite iOS game Infinity Blade makes owning an Apple mobile device worth every cent. The gaming sensation has been updated again with multiplayer and survival modes.

Land a space shuttle with your iPhone, iPad or Touch

The space shuttle Endeavour is on its final mission. Meanwhile F-SIM Space Shuttle is just 99-cents. That is two bucks off the usual price.

The user reviews are very positive. Looks like a winner. I'll be checking it out later today.

PlayStation Network services return

The long wait is over, mostly. Sony has finally begun the process of restoring PlayStation Network services, starting with online multiplayer functionality. 

The service has been down since April 20, after a security breach resulted in some of users' account information being compromised. Sony decided to rebuild the network completely in response, and all PSN and Qriocity services have been down since.

The service's return comes with a PS3 system update, requiring all users to change account passwords. Sony promises that the PlayStation Store will return soon.
