DURHAM Durham County residents can get free flu vaccinations are free at the County Health Department, starting Monday.
Anyone older than six months can receive the vaccination, by a shot or nasal mist.
“We are especially encouraging children, pregnant women and elderly residents to get the vaccination,” health Director Gayle Harris said in a prepared statement.
Shots or nasal-mist vaccinations are going to be given Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., first-come, first-served.
The Health Department is at 414 E. Main St.
