There’s nothing like an extended rainy period to make you joke about building an ark. We’ve had a long stretch of gray, dreary, drizzly days with rain chances in the forecast almost every day. The more rain we get, the more we need to be concerned about water pooling in roadways and stream levels rising. When the amount of rain becomes so great that flooding is a concern, the National Weather Service has a variety of products they can issue. In fact, there are so many that it can be confusing at times.
