There's a limit of two gallons and they must be purchased in the same order.

Many of the E-Vic specials vary from customer to customer but the Saturday-only and Sunday-only specials seems to be the same for everyone.

I sure hope so because that's a price on milk we haven't seen in a long time.

Need milk?

Through Saturday, Walgreens still has the best price on milk in the Triangle at just $2.79 per gallon.

But starting today, there's another place to score a cheap gallon: Harris Teeter has milk on sale through next Tuesday, Dec. 20, for $2.97.

And as I've said many times, any time you can find milk for under $3 a gallon, you've scored a good deal. (If anyone out there knows of a better price, please share!!)

There's no coupon required at either store. But Walgreens has a two gallon limit and you must have a VIC card to get the deal at Harris Teeter.
