Police are seeking Derrick Reed Beulah, 37, of Hamlin Road, whom they suspect of robbing a Durham bank last week.
According to Durham County Jail records, Beulah (right) was free on $15,000 bond after being arrested Feb. 23 for breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony. He was released on bond Feb. 27.
Now, Beulah is also charged with robbing the Wachovia branch at 300 Foushee St. and getting away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
According to police spokeswoman Kammie Michael, a man wearing a long wig and makeup came into the bank about 10:40 a.m. Wednesday. He gave a note claiming to have a gun and demanding money in large bills.
