Submitted by rogervdh on 02/11/2009 - 14:00Not a bad pairing for a first-year PGA Tour pro: former Wake Forest star Webb Simpson will play with NFL MVP Peyton Manning of the Indianapolis Colts this week in the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am in California, the Wake sports information office reports.
After earning his tour card in Q-school in December, Simpson is 17th on the money list. Manning is an 8-handicapper.
