What to Watch on Sunday: Season finales for 'Once Upon a Time,' 'Revenge,' more

Survivor: Caramoan (8pm, CBS) - The finalists are questioned by the jury members, who then vote for a winner. The winner is revealed in the 10 p.m. "Reunion" special.

Once Upon a Time (8pm, ABC) - In the second season finale, the inhabitants of Storybrooke brace themselves for annihilation when Greg and Tamara detonate the trigger Regina had placed within the curse. Meanwhile, back in Neverland of the past, Hook discovers his connection to a young Bae (Dylan Schmid, left) after he rescues him from the sea and soon realizes that the Lost Boys are in hot pursuit of the child.

Bob's Burgers (8:30pm, Fox) - Gene signs up for baseball in the Season 3 finale, while Tina becomes hooked on espresso. "American Dad" ends its season at 9:30.

Revenge (9pm, ABC)- In the two-hour Season 2 finale, a string of perilous events lead to a death, forcing Emily to reexamine her path of vengeance.

Game of Thrones (9pm, HBO) - Tywin counsels Joffrey and Daenerys exchanges gifts with a slave lord near Yunkai.

Mr. Selfridge (9pm, UNC-TV) - Harry faces fierce competition from F.W. Woolworth, who has brought his U.S.-based discount chain to England. Also, the relationship between Agnes and Henri heats up.

Mad Men (10pm, AMC) - Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce tries to placate competing clients while Pete is blindsided by an unexpected guest.

Ultimate Survival Alaska (10pm, NGC) - Just when I thought the Alaska reality show craze might be waning, National Geographic Channel breaks out a new reality competition series in which contestants fight to survive in the state's frigid conditions.

Family Tree (10:30pm, HBO) - In this new mockumentary series, a newly single and unemployed man goes on a journey of self-discovery after inheriting a chest of curios from a deceased great aunt.
