Captrust Tower at North Hills adds two tenants

The Captrust Tower at North Hills has landed two more tenants.

UGL Equis Corporation and StriVectin Operating Company are both locating to the building's ninth floor.

StriVectin, a maker of skin care products, is moving from 2530 Meridian Parkway in Research Triangle Park. Its 20 employees will occupy 6,400 square feet.

UGL Equis, a real estate consulting and advisory firm, is relocating from 4819 Emperor Blvd. in Durham. The company's staff of 10 will occupy about 2,800 square feet.

The 280,000-square-foot Captrust Tower is a joint venture of Kane Realty and Duke Realty. About half the building is now occupied.
