What to Watch on Monday: Season finales for '2 Broke Girls' and 'Castle'

Gossip Girl (8pm, CW) - A busy Blair asks Serena to impersonate her at a meeting. Elsewhere, Ivy and Lola join forces to help Chuck exact revenge.

2 Broke Girls (8pm, CBS) - In a one-hour Season 1 finale, Max and Caroline attend a fashion gala at a museum where Martha Stewart is a guest, and they attempt to get the domestic maven to taste their cupcakes.

The Voice (8pm, NBC) - The remaining four vocalists compete in the final performances.

Top Gear (8:30pm, BBC America) - Ryan Reynolds appears in an episode in which Jeremy and Richard plan a film's climactic car chase.

House (9pm, Fox) - A Princeton-Plainsboro pathologist doesn't trust any of his colleagues to diagnose and treat him except for House, who is missing. So House's team must make the skeptical patient believe that House is actually directing his case.

Castle (10pm, ABC) - In the Season 4 finale, a military veteran's homicide leads Beckett to go after the man who shot her, and a concerned Castle wants to protect her from the danger she's facing.

Lost Girl (10pm, Syfy) - Kenzi drunkenly summons a witch to punish Dyson for how he treated Bo.

What to Watch on Sunday: VMA tribute to Winehouse, Bush talks 9/11

MTV Video Music Awards (9pm, MTV and VH1) - Tony Bennett will introduce a tribute to the late Amy Winehouse during tonight's show. The tribute includes footage of Bennett's duet of "Body and Soul" with Winehouse. Other performers scheduled for the show are Lady Gaga, Adele, Bruno Mars, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, and Pitbull.

Drop Dead Diva (9pm, Lifetime) - Jane represents an engineer who claims a school is going to be built on toxic soil, but the construction company handling the build is is one of the firm's most important clients, and Parker orders Jane to drop the case. Meanwhile, Teri is sued for slander for verbally attacking her high school nemesis, played by Patti Stanger ("Millionaire Matchmaker").

Leverage (9pm, TNT) - Sterling enlists the gifted grifters to pilfer a nuclear reactor component from a skyscraper in Dubai during an international chess tournament.

True Blood (9pm, HBO) - Trouble in Shreveport means Sookie must use her powers to rescue Bill, which causes Marnie to rethink her grand plans.

George W. Bush: The 9/11 Interview (10pm, National Geographic Channel) - Former President George W. Bush shares candid details about his personal experiences on 9/11 and recalls the hours and days following the attacks. Includes never-before-seen archival footage and exclusive materials directly from the George W. Bush Presidential Library. Read Adrienne's review.

Breaking Bad (10pm, AMC) - A frustrated Walt takes a risky gamble and Hank requires the assistance of Walter Jr. for an unusual reason.

Curb Your Enthusiasm (10pm, HBO) - Wanda Sykes returns to the show tonight. Enough said.

The Glades (10pm, A&E) - An Ernest Hemingway look-alike is found shot in the head and adrift in the ocean. Also, an old lover from Callie's past arrives with a surprise.

Top Gear (10pm, History) - Vehicles worth $500 are tested on the Pacific Coast Highway, and the Subaru Impreza WRX STi is tested in a deserted town.

What to Watch on Sunday: Tar Heel football alum in 'Survivor' finale

Survivor: Nicaragua (8pm, CBS) - The final castaways participate in their last immunity challenge and are questioned by the jury before jurors vote for the $1 million winner. The winner is announced in the 10pm "Reunion" show, where castaways also discuss their experiences. Only one of the original North Carolina natives who began the journey has made it to the finale.

Leverage (9pm, TNT) - In part one of the two-party Season 3 finale, Nate and his team hunt down longtime nemesis Damien Moreau before he kills a high skilled engineer and sells her work to global terrorists. In the 10pm conclusion, the crew tails Moreau to San Lorenzo and attempt to bring him to justice. Goran Visnjic and Elisabetta Canalis guest star.

Top Gear (10pm, History Channel) - GM cars no longer in production are put to the test, and Tony Hawk gets on the test track.

Ricky Gervais: Out of England 2 - The Stand-Up Special (10:30pm, HBO) - If you missed it last night, the Ricky Gervais show taped at the Chicago Theatre. Gervais talks about Noah's ark, the recession, famine in Africa, gay marriage and acts of God.

What to Watch on Monday: Can we save "Lone Star?"

How I Met Your Mother (8pm, CBS) - When Barney helps his mother move out of her home he finally  learns the truth about his father. Frances Conroy ("Six Feet Under") guest stars as Barney's mother and Wayne Brady returns as Barney's brother. Ben Vereen guest stars as "Sam."

Chuck (8pm, NBC) - Chuck and Sarah go undercover at Fashion Week in Milan to seize a high tech weapon, and Chuck discovers a flaw in his relationship with Sarah. Lou Ferrigno guest stars.

Lone Star (9pm, Fox) - If ratings don't improve, this could be the last episode of the critically acclaimed "Lone Star," and that would be a Texas-sized shame. Please watch! Bob (James Wolk, left) recruits his dad to help with the wind farm project, and Lindsey begins to suspect that she doesn't know her new husband as well as she thought.

The Event (9pm, NBC) - We get some answers tonight. The  president's men scramble to figure out what happened with the plane and the conspiracy's web snares an FBI agent and a mercenary played by D.B. Sweeney.

Top Gear (9pm, BBC America) - In the new season premiere, James tries to drive up the side of an active volcano in a Toyota Hilux. Also, test driving a Bentley Continental.

Castle (10pm, ABC) - Castle and Beckett hunt for a psychic's murder while debating the validity of her profession.

Hawaii Five-0 (10pm, CBS) - A former cyber-terrorism expert is kidnapped and the Five-0 try to rescue him before there's a breach in national security.

The Buried Life (10:30, MTV) - In the second season opener the guys head to a Kansas City Wizards game, where they will attempt to streak across the field without getting caught.
