Tune in to the Food Network tonight at 8:30 for the BBQ "Throwdown! with Bobby Flay" featuring the chef taking on N.C.'s own pit master Ed Mitchell.

Mitchell, in case you didn't know, works his magic at Raleigh's The Pit restaurant. Flay, in case you didn't know, works his magic at six restaurants and on several Food Network shows.
