What to Watch on Tuesday: 'Cougar Town' and the Queen

Cougar Town (8pm, ABC) - In the third season finale, Grayson compares the daily gatherings at Jules' house to "Groundhog Day," but the bride-to-be needs an explanation of the movie from Ellie and Laurie at her bachelorette party. Later, Grayson convinces Jules to elope to Napa, but they can't keep the cul-de-sac crew from coming along. Next season, "Cougar Town" moves to TBS.

The Catalina (8pm, CW) - A new reality series following the daily life and nightly adventures of the staff of the Catalina Hotel in Miami Beach. 

20/20: The Jubilee Queen with Katie Couric (9pm, ABC) - A profile of Britain's Queen Elizabeth, who marks her 60th year on the throne next week. Princes Andrew, Harry and William are interviewed, as are princesses Beatrice and Eugenie. Also, a tour of Buckingham Palace.

Piers Morgan Tonight (9pm, CNN) - Regis Philbin interviews late night host David Letterman.

The L.A. Complex (9pm, CW) - Tonight's "summer finale" has Nick and Abby trying to move beyond the casual phase of their relationship, and Raquel questioning some of her decisions.

Hatfields & McCoys (9pm, History) - In part two of the three-part miniseries, the Hatfields seek revenge after one of theirs is murdered by a McCoy. When friends and neighbors join the fighting, West Virgina and Kentucky are brought to the brink of civil war.

Frontline: Al Qaeda in Yeman (10pm, UNC-TV) - A report on how Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula has taken control of towns and cities in south Yemen.

Also of note tonight, four repeats of "New Girl" on Fox (starting at 8), including some of the best episodes of the season.
