What to Watch on Monday: Finally, '2 Broke Girls' open the cupcake shop

American Country Awards (8pm, Fox) - Trace Adkins and Kristen Chenoweth host the third annual fan-voted awards show. Performers include Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan and Jake Owen.

Extreme Makeover Home Edition (8pm, ABC) - The team helps a veteran who was wounded in Iraq.

2 Broke Girls (9pm, CBS) - Two new episodes tonight. In the first, Max and Caroline host a grand-opening of their cupcake shop, and Max invites her former flames so she can show off her success. In the second, Max offers to make Sophie (the worst part of this show) a silent partner in the cupcake shop, but Sophie and Caroline have very different visions for the company.

Gossip Girl (9pm, CW) - Blair's encounter with Bart leaves her worried about Chuck, so she sets out to help him and recruits some assistance. Meanwhile, Chuck enters into a potentially life-altering agreement.

Take it All (9pm, NBC) - A new gift-swap game hosted by Howie Mandel, in which contestants grapple with choices that could result in prizes or leave them empty-handed.

Michael Bublé: Home for the Holidays (10pm, NBC) - A Michael Bublé holiday special with guests Rod Stewart, Blake Shelton and Carly Rae Jepsen.

The Layover with Anthony Bourdain (9pm, Travel) - Highlights of Tony's visit to Sao Paulo, Brazil, include a stay at a boat-shaped hotel and a tour of the city's graffiti with street artist Speto.
