Elle's Joe Zee helps designers put it "All On The Line"

Finally, a fashion reality show (oh, excuse me, non-fiction fashion series) that's not a Project Runway re-do.

"All On the Line" (10 tonight, Sundance Channel) , stars Elle magazine creative director Joe Zee. In eight, one-hour episodes, Zee helps struggling designers save their flailing lines, giving them business advice and creative direction.

Sadly, we only got a preview reel and not full episodes. But I feel pretty good about the series. Zee is like Tabatha Coffey from Bravo's "Tabatha's Salon Takeover"; he's direct, funny and clearly knows what he's talking about.

"Tabatha's Salon Takeover": Making the world a better place

We put up with so much, don't we?

In this case I'm speaking of how we put up with establishments that give so-so service but we keep going because it's the closest place or it's cheapest place or we really like somebody who works there.

But don't you just wish they would get it together?

That's why I love Bravo's Tabatha's Salon Takeover.

What to Watch on Tuesday: Visitors arrive to destroy mankind

V (8pm, ABC) - ABC "re-imagines" NBC's 80s sci-fi drama about carnivorous reptilian aliens known as "The Visitors" who invade Earth. The Visitors claim to be friendly, but their mission is to exterminate the human race. I'm not normally a big fan of sci-fi, but this show is very well-done. Starring Elizabeth Mitchell (Juliet from "Lost"), Scott Wolf, and Morris Chestnut.

Biggest Loser (8pm, NBC) - The contestants are now competing individually. In tonight's episode, they all travel to Washington DC for a public workout at the Washington Monument, for a salad at the White House, and then a weigh-in on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. Couldn't NBC have used some of this travel budget to film another episode of "Trauma?"

So You Think You Can Dance (8pm, Fox) - One local dancer (Noelle) remains on the show but she was hobbling around on a bad leg last week, so who knows...

Kathy Griffin: Balls of Steel (9pm, Bravo) - In her latest stand-up show filmed at the San Diego Civic Center, Kathy Griffin dishes on Barbara Walters, the Gosselins, Levi Johnston, and Miley Cyrus.

Tabatha's Salon Takeover (10pm, Bravo) - Season two gets underway tonight, with Tabatha Coffey taking over a struggling salon in Chicago.
