Pack targets Warren

T.J. Warren's dad played basketball for N.C. State and he would like to play with two prospects who have already committed to the Wolfpack, but said he's still "wide open" in terms of his college choices.

Warren, a top 40 recruit from Durham, listed N.C. State, Ohio State, Kansas, Florida, Arizona State, Miami, Wake Forest, Duke and North Carolina as schools of interest. All have offered scholarships except Duke and UNC, he said.

Dave Telep's Carolina Challenge on Saturday

Dave Telep's Carolina Challenge is a one-day basketball showcase that will be held Saturday at Ravenscroft. Eighty of the top boys high school basketball players in North Carolina will participate in the event.

Games begin at 9:30 a.m. The final games of the day start at 5:20 p.m.
