Sunday deals are up! (Oct. 2-8)

There are good, solid deals to be had at all the drugstores, but if I had to limit myself to just one store this week, Rite Aid would come out on top with its free toothpaste, free mouthwash and a free battery toothbrush, along with 25-cent cough drops and 45-cent Pepsi Max 2 liters.
All the stores also feature Halloween candy this week and there are several coupons out right now to match-up with the sales. Read on for a store-by-store breakdown and feel free to jump in with a comment if you find a good deal while out there shopping.

Sunday deals are up! (Sept. 25-Oct. 1)

It's a pretty spectacular week at the drugstores with each one offering several freebies. Better yet, some of them are even moneymakers. CVS and Rite Aid also have Softsoap body wash deals for 25 cents or under. Kroger has 99 cent per pound seedless grapes and apples as well as 99 cent per pound split chicken breasts. Sunday deals are up! (Sept. 18-24)

Plenty of good deals are waiting for you at the drug stores and Kroger this week. Among the most notable: FREE candy corn at CVS, FREE Crest at Rite Aid and FREE Blistex and children's cough medicine at Walgreens. We're also starting to see deals on bags of Halloween candy!

Sunday deals are up! (Sept. 4-10)

The sales and deals are a bit light because of the holiday weekend but whenever stores are giving you chocolate, it's a great deals week in my book! And that's exactly what's going on at CVS this week with Air Delights candy bars.

Other freebies and/or moneymakers include: Carefree pantiliners at CVS and Rite Aid, Crest toothpaste and Renu contact lens solution at Rite Aid, and Mitchum deodorant at Walgreens.

Sunday deals are up! (Aug. 28 - Sept. 3)

We're on a roll with freebies at the drugstores and this week is no exception with free aspirin at CVS, free power toothbrushes and deodorant at Rite Aid and free Carmex lip balm and toothpaste at Walgreens. In a few instances, you can even make money shopping this week.

There's also 24-cent Dawn dish liquid at CVS, Nivea Woman's body wash and Colgate Sensitive Pro Relief toothpaste for 49 cents at Rite Aid, and a steal of deal on M&Ms at Walgreens.

But my absolute favorite deal of the week is at Target, where you can get four boxes of Kellogg's Nutri-Grain bars for 88 cents each with the help of Target and manufacturer's coupons. That's a serious stock-up price for a great lunchbox item.

Read on for all the details on that deal and a store-by-store breakdown of all the best Sunday deals.

Sunday deals are up (Aug. 21-27)

When you can shop for free - or the stores pay you to shop - you know it's a good week for deals. This week, you can pick up a free Schick razor at CVS and free hand sanitizer and free topical pain relievers at Rite Aid. And Walgreens will pay you to buy Colgate Pro-Relief Sensitive toothpaste. At Kroger, you'll pay just 18 cents for Dial soap. Read on for all the best Sunday deals.

Sunday deals are up (Aug. 14-20)

All three drugstores have free items this week, but Walgreens is the most generous with five free items after coupons and rewards plus very cheap M&Ms and a great deal on Cottonelle toilet paper. At Rite Aid, there's free Carefree pantiliners and a great deal on Listerine Smart Rinse and Scope. At CVS, there's a mystery freebie from the coupon machine, along with free Finesse shampoo and Gatorade and a killer Huggies diaper deal. And finally, Kroger has $2.89 a gallon milk, the cheapest price I know of, and 18-cent Dial soap and 39-cent Suave shampoos and conditioners. And if you don't have your school supplies yet, there are deals on those at all four stores. Read on for a store-by-store breakdown.

  • FREE lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes and crayons at Walgreens.
  • Free toothpaste at Kroger.

There's also a hot deal on diapers at CVS where Pampers are just $3.99 after rewards and coupons. And, of course, there are tons of school supplies deals.

Sunday deals are up (July 31-Aug. 6)

It's a fantastic week for deals at the drugstores with plenty of freebies and bargain-priced items. There's free chocolate, a free razor and 49-cent specialty toothpaste at CVS. At Rite Aid, there's bargain-priced Pampers, free toothbrushes and cheap Dawn dish liquid. Walgreens has got seven freebies, including free Crayola Washable Markers and Goody hair clips. I'd go early because they will sell out.

At Kroger, rotisserie chickens are just $3.99 each, a fantasic deal. And that doesn't even count the money you'll save by keeping your oven turned off in this heat.

Kroger also has the best price I could find on milk: $1.66 for a half-gallon or $3.32 a gallon.

Read on for all the deals and give me a shout if you found a good deal I missed.

Sunday deals are up (July 24-30)

Each of the drugstores has some excellent deals this week, including free pens and toothbrushes, along with cheap toothpaste, feminine products and hand soap. But Walgreens probably has the best deals among the drugstores this week, with free Irish Spring deodorant, free hair Scuncis and free tampons, along with bargain M&Ms and 39-cent Sharpie markers.

At Kroger this week, there's a terrific deal on General Mills cereal that gives you $6 off your order instantly when you buy four boxes. Match that with coupons and you get yourself some Cheerios for as low as 49 cents a box.

Kroger also has a 10 for $10 sale that includes store-brand pasta sauce, Crest, frozen veggies and many other items. After coupons, the Softsoap hand soap ends up being just 30 cents. (And remember, you don't have to buy 10 items to get the deal!)

Read on for all the deals. And as always, please post the bargains you find.
