America's Next Top Model: College Edition (8pm, CW) - The models -- college students, mind you -- get makeovers and then pose nude. One girl (one!) refuses to take off her clothes.

Stand Up to Cancer (8pm) - This fundraiser for cancer research is broadcast on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, HBO, Showtime, Starz, ION, TBS, Bio, LOGO, Style, Lifetime Movie Network, Encore, VH1 and VH1 Classic. Performers include Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Alicia Keys and Tim McGraw. Also appearing: Gwyneth Paltrow, Julia Roberts, Matt Damon, Michael Douglas, Samuel L. Jackson, Seth Rogan, Emma Stone and Katie Couric.

Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team (9pm, CMT) - The seventh season begins with 600 cheerleader candidates arriving at Cowboys Stadium for preliminary auditions.

Boss (9pm, Starz) - Mayor Kane (Kelsey Grammer) attempts to clean house and deep-sixes longtime political cronies. At home, Meredith and Emma want no part of a family reunion with him.

Paul McCartney's Live Kisses (10pm, UNC-TV) - Paul McCartney performs songs from his horribly named 2012 album, "Kisses on the Bottom." He's joined by Diana Krall and Joe Walsh, and interview segments with McCartney and album collaborators Krall, Eric Clapton and Stevie Wonder are interspersed with performances.

Stand Up to Cancer (8pm) - Network news anchors Diane Sawyer, Katie Couric, and Brian Williams host a fundraiser for cancer research which is airing on several major networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, Discovery Health, VH1). There's a musical performance by Stevie Wonder, Natasha Bedingfield, Queen Latifah, Martina McBride, Aaron Neville, and Dave Stewart. Also appearing are celebrities who are themselves cancer fighters and survivors, including Raleigh native Michael C. Hall, Sharon Osbourne, Maura Tierney, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Sofia Vergara, Christina Applegate, Lance Armstrong, Fran Drescher, and Ethan Zohn.

Hellcats (8pm, CW) - CW is repeating two of their fall premieres tonight. "Hellcats" airs at 8pm and "Nikita" will air at 9pm.

Freshman Father (9pm, Hallmark) - A new Hallmark movie about a Harvard freshman (Drew Seeley) who becomes a single dad and must learn to balance fatherhood with school. Helping out is a friendly psychic (Annie Potts), but the school's dean (Kim Zimmer) is less supportive and threatens to withdraw his scholarship.

Haven (10pm, Syfy) - Audrey's new Haven friends throw a surprise birthday party for her at a local hotel, but the celebration sours when the group learns that a predatory shape-shifter has replaced one of the party-goers. I hate when that happens.
