The 2011 Tar Heel Leagues, Inc. District V Tournaments in Coach-Pitch, Midget League and Little League will wrap up early this week at Smithfield Community Park. Rain late last week forced the adjustment of the event schedule.
The Little League (ages 11-12) division could crown a champion tonight.

Submitted by dclaybest on 06/28/2010 - 08:47The five-day Southern Johnston Baseball Invitational youth tournaments wrap up tonight at Smithfield Community Park. The championship games are all set for 7 p.m. Playing for the titles will be:
Coach Pitch (ages 7-8)
West Raleigh vs. Four Oaks
Midget League (ages 9-10)
Rocky Mount National vs. Rocky Mount American
Little League (ages 11-12)
Rocky Mount vs. Raleigh Capitals
