Cut your Halloween costs with candy coupons

With Halloween just a few weeks away, the candy manufacturers are releasing all kinds of coupons to help save you money on your trick-or-treat budget.

You'll find them in recent Sunday coupon inserts in The N&O, on printable coupon websites and in magazines. Most of them don't expire until Oct. 31 or after.

And just how much should you pay for a bag of Halloween candy?
