What to Watch on Thursday: "Bethenny" is the better Bravo choice

Big Brother (8pm, CBS) - It's elimination night on "Big Brother" and also on "So You Think You Can Dance" (9pm, Fox).

Real Housewives of D.C. (9pm, Bravo) - It's the newest set of Bravo housewives and they've already gained notoriety. At least the Salahis have. Here's what Adrienne has to say about the premiere.

Bethenny Getting Married? (10pm, Bravo) - Now this is a Bravo show I can get behind. I even got a little weepy last week watching new dad Jason Hoppy  with his newborn baby girl. What a surprisingly great little series this turned out to be! In tonight's season finale, Alex McCord (RHoNY) throws Bethenny an official baby shower and then the Hoppy family goes away for the weekend, Nanny in tow (but wait, where's the crib?!).

Royal Pains (10pm, USA) - Hank examines Dr. Blair's son, who is reeling from his parents divorce. Evan is still posing as Paige's boyfriend, and when he goes to meet her parents, he discovers he has real feelings for her.

Boston Med (10pm, ABC) - A former firefighter has surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from his colon and waits to see if he needs chemotherapy. Also, a 4-year-old girl's life is in danger when it's discovered she suffers from a brain bleed.

Ultimate Merger (10pm, TV One) - Another season finale. Tonight, the remaining men have one last chance to impress Omarosa. Does she find love?

USA goes to Cuba

USA Network's "Royal Pains" goes to Cuba tonight. Sort of.

The storyline takes Hank Med to Cuba for two episodes to treat their Hamptons benefactor Boris (Campbell Scott, left) when his health takes a turn for the worse, but the episodes were actually shot in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The show's star Mark Feuerstein told TV Guide that the main reason for the locale change was because filming began too early for the Hamptons shoots to look much like summer.

What to Watch on Thursday: "Real Housewives of New York" caps the crazy

100 Questions (8:30pm, NBC) - Charlotte dates a man who becomes obsessed with her, going so far as to get a tattoo of her face on his chest (is she dating Kasey?!), and her friends help her come up with a lie to end the relationship.

Real Housewives of New York (9pm, Bravo) - The third and final installment in this series of New York reunion shows may not have the Jill-Bethenny reconciliation we all kinda want, but it will have plenty of crazy (right). So grab your jelly beans and gummy bears and settle in for some satchels of reality television gold.

Deadliest Catch: Scariest Moments at Sea (9pm, Discovery) - Perilous moments experienced by crab, lobster, and sword fishermen in this look at three dangerous U.S. fisheries.

The Ultimate Merger (9pm, TV One) - Who wants to date Omarosa? Twelve lucky suitors (all chosen by Donald Trump) line up in this competition dating show for their chance at the infamous shrinking violet.

Royal Pains (10pm, USA) - A movie star, played by wrestler Big Show, collapses and learns that what is ailing him is the same thing that has made him famous. I'm guessing it involves his pituitary glands. Also, Eddie (Henry Winkler) announces that he's staying in the Hamptons.

Marcia Gay Harden at UNC School of the Arts

Oscar and Tony award-winning actress Marcia Gay Harden debuted her role as surgeon Dr. Elizabeth Blair on USA Network's "Royal Pains" last night (she was also great as the morally conflicted corporate lawyer in Season 2 of "Damages" on FX). On "Royal Pains," it looks like her Dr. Blair is going to be Liz's hospital nemesis. Reports have her on the show for "several episodes."

Harden was the guest artist at the UNC School of the Arts School of Drama in April. Below is a photo of her with Drama Dean Gerald Freedman, speaking to students there.

"Royal Pains" airs on Thursday nights at 10pm on USA.

What to Watch on Thursday: "Burn Notice," "Royal Pains" return

Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night (8pm, ABC) - Jimmy Kimmel does a half-hour show before the NBA Pregame Show (8:30), with comedian/actor Russel Brand as his guest. Game 1 of the NBA Finals (Celtics at Lakers) begins at 9pm.

100 Questions (8:30pm, NBC) - Charlotte gets another question on her dating service quiz and discovers she feels uneasy around Mike's new girlfriend.

Burn Notice (9pm, USA) - In the Season 4 premiere we get to see who captured Michael at the end of last season and what they want from him. Will he have to make another deal with the devil? Michael spends a good part of this episode helping Fiona and Sam protect a lawyer from a ruthless biker gang, and also reassuring his traumatized mother.

Royal Pains (10pm, USA) - Season 2 kicks off with Hank helping an inventor's son who is trying to break free of his father. Also, Jill's mentor (Marcia Gay Harden) tries to get her fired. Henry Winkler will be on board this season as the deadbeat father of Hank and Evan. Check out the really funny "Royal Pains" rap video featuring the cast and Winkler.

Real Housewives of New York (10pm, Bravo) - Mercifully, Season 3 comes to a close. Jill and Bethanny try to end their feud, Luann releases her single (what is it with these "Real Housewives" women trying to sing?!), and Ramona renews her vows with Mario.

"Royal Pains" rap video (feat. The Fonz)

"Royal Pains" returns for Season 2 on USA Network on Thursday (June 3). The most exciting thing about that news is that Henry Winkler (aka Fonzie) is joining the cast as the no-good father of Hank (Mark Feuerstein) and Evan (Paulo Costanzo). This awesome video promoting the new season features not only The Fonz rapping, but also other "USA boys" Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan) of "Burn Notice" and Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) of "White Collar." Check it out...

What to Watch on Thursday: Divya on the line in "Royal Pains" finale

Royal Pains (10pm, USA) - For the season finale of "Royal Pains," USA is running a promo that shows a montage of the episode's little dramas and then asks, "Is this the end of Hank Med?" No chance! Don't they know this is cable's most popular summer series!? One of the dramas on Hank's plate tonight is Divya's pending marriage. If she marries, she must leave her job. We are confident the show is coming back, but it wouldn't be the same without Reshma Shetty's genius PA, Divya (left). Make it happen, USA.

Project Runway (10pm, Lifetime) - The contestants have to make a dress for a celebrity. Wow. Please don't give anything away, Lifetime.

Verminators (10pm, Discovery) - They should just rename this show "My Rat-Infested Life."

What to Watch on Thursday: 'Into the Pride' tries to save problem lions

Into the Pride (8pm, Animal Planet) - Dave Salmoni lives with a rogue, aggressive pride of "problem lions" in Nambia in hopes of saving them from elimination. Because of eco-tourism in the area, if the lions can't be calmed down, they will be destroyed. There's a second episode at 9pm in which Salmoni stands up to Brutus, the pride's dominant male cat. I know Salmoni is still alive because I saw him on the "Today" show Wednesday. But even knowing he's alive, the footage of him facing down a charging Brutus with only a wooden staff for protection is heart-stopping.

Royal Pains (10pm, USA) - Andrew McCarthy is back as Tucker's dad, who decides to undergo a rapid detox system to kick his drug habit, even though Hank tells him the idea is dangerous. That means Hank will have to save his life with a garden hose and a ball point pen before the episode ends.

Real Housewives of Atlanta (10pm, Bravo) - Tonight, Bravo tells us that we see the "fallout" from Kim's meeting last week with NeNe and Sheree. This is the episode where Sheree, who apparently does not care that she has young children who will most likely watch these episodes one day, tries to pull off Kim's wig during an argument.

What to Watch on Thursday: "Real Housewives of Atlanta" returns!

Big Brother 11 (8pm, CBS) - Another houseguest is eliminated tonight, and our own "Jessica Simpson of Matthews" is on the chopping block. We hope the suits at VH1 or E! are paying attention and scoop up Jordan for her own reality spinoff show.

She's Got the Look (9pm, TVLand) - After two photo shoots in Miami and a runway walk with professional models, a winner is chosen tonight in the second season finale.

Royal Pains (10pm, USA) - Hank treats a famous children's book author with a serious heart ailment, which causes tension with Jill (who I think is the weak link in this show, by the way). And Peter Jacobson from "House" guest stars as a newlywed with an ailment that takes all the fun out of typical newlywed activities.

Real Housewives of Atlanta 2 (10pm, Bravo) - Hold on to your Louis Vuitton bag, because the greatest Real Housewives are back! Tonight's second season premiere begins reasonably enough by playing catch-up with four of the women from last year (plus Dwight!), and by introducing us to the newest addition (Kandi Burruss, right), but then things suddenly flip into Crazy Gear near the end. Atlanta does not disappoint! Do Not Miss.

What to Watch on Thursday: Royal Pains still a pleasure

Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night (8pm, ABC) - Kimmel's NBA Finals special tonight features Jack Black and Michael Cera (left), stars of the upcoming movie "Year One." Game 4 between the Lakers and Magic to follow at 9pm.

Burn Notice (9pm, USA) - A detective finds Michael's stash of explosives, so he has to scramble to hide it all before she gets a search warrant. We're pretty sure Michael has a clever trick for hiding weapons in a hurry. All of this while Sam and Fi help him locate a kidnapping victim.

Royal Pains (10pm, USA) - This is a fun new summer series, so if you missed the premiere last week just read Adrienne's review and jump in tonight. Hank (right) treats a retired ballerina who eats till she collapses, and Jill loses funding for her free clinic.

Naked Science (10pm, NGC) - National Geographic Channel's "Twister Outbreak" examines an off-season outbreak of tornados in February 2008 when 87 twisters swept across nine states killing 57 people.

Late Show with David Letterman (11:35pm, CBS) - Letterman isn't rolling over for Conan. Tonight he has Denzel Washington, the Jonas Brothers, and Regis Philbin doing the Top Ten List.
