Roses will return to South Hills Mall in Cary this summer.
The discount store chain, which is based in Henderson, once had a store there several decades ago in the spot that is now home to Rugged Wearhouse.
The new store, which will open in early July, will be located on the Buck Jones Road side of the center, with an entrance next to Tom's Train Station. The store will be roughly 40,000 square feet.
The new store will join other Roses locations in the Triangle, including those in Durham, Chapel Hill, Fuquay-Varina and Zebulon. There are currently 117 Roses stores, with another 20 planned to open this year.
