If you were a fan of Sunday brunch at the recently closed Bogart's American Grill, you might consider heading over to the Red Room.
Starting this week, the Red Room will offer a Sunday brunch that according to parent company Rocky Top Hospitality, "will resemble that of the popular brunches formerly held at Bogart's American Grill and Michael Dean's Seafood Grill and Oyster Bar." The brunch will include made-to-order omelets, pancakes, waffles and other brunch items.
The move is part of a continuing number of changes for Rocky Top restaurants this year as the company tries to spruce up its Triangle offerings and adjust its restaurants to better fit with the needs of diners. Bogart's closed at the end of last month following a 10-year run on Glenwood South in Raleigh. Michael Dean's closed a few weeks earlier and is currently being renovated to become Rocky Tops second Tribeca Tavern location.
