When Colorado-based Rally Software acquired 6th Sense Analytics in late 2008, the Triangle company had just 6 employees.

Today, Rally's presence has grown to 32 employees and the company recently relocated to larger space in the Pilot Mill building near downtown Raleigh to accommodate future growth.

"We started off as primarily an R&D office but now we have a broad set of roles in the office," said Todd Olson, a co-founder of 6th Sense Analytics who is now Rally's vice president for products.

Rally held an open house and "hackathon" earlier this month at its new offices.
