The Office (9pm, NBC) - In the ninth and final season opener, two young employees arrive at the office and staffers immediately label them the new versions of Jim and Dwight. Also, Oscar mulls adopting Angela's cat and Kevin saves a turtle. As bad as this show had gotten over the past season or two, I still think this final run will be worth watching.

John McCain, Barbara Boxer and Olympia Stowe have cameos (McCain's appearance is especially funny). Back in Pawnee, Ron hosts a barbecue for the P&R staff. I won't win any popularity contests for saying this, but Ron's "meat lover" shtick is starting to feel old to me. Ditto for whatever it is that Rob Lowe is doing. Still love the show, though!
