Nine south-Durham homeowners are suing a church over amplified music they claim is rattling their houses and disrupting their lives.
They're not alone. Ted Brzeczek of Plymouth, N.C. told Bull's Eye he's had the same problem since 1995.
A church meets on the second floor of a former law-office building next door to his home, he said.
"I have a two-story building which rocks and rolls two times a night, 10 feet from my house," he said.
He said he has complained to Plymouth authorities, sometimes five or six times in the same night, to no avail.
