What to Watch on Tuesday: "White Collar" returns to further crowd 10 o'clock

Life Unexpected (8pm, CW) - The final two episodes of Season 2 (and quite possibly, the entire series) air tonight. In one, Baze prepares for a future with Emma, unaware of her secret past with his dad. Then Lux arranges a special meal for herself and Eric, but her parents find out and crash it. No official announcement on cancelation or a third season is expected until May. Charlotte native Britt Robertson plays Lux (left with her dad, Baze).

Pioneers of Television (8pm, UNC-TV) - The Season 2 premiere focues on three TV pioneers: Gene Roddenberry, Rod Serling, and Irwin Allen. Lots of interesting stuff and great interviews. Adrienne has more here.

The Good Wife (10pm, CBS) - Will fears his client isn't getting a fair trial because of the judge's biased attitude, so he hires a jury consultant who claims to be able to predict a case's outcome by reading people's expressions. Also, Will uncovers information regarding Bond's intent for the firm. NOTE!!!! There's a UNC vs. Clemson basketball game on right before this, so be extra cautious and set your recording devices to run late.

20/20: The Congresswoman and the Astronaut (10pm, ABC) - A special program about the relationship between Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and her husband Mark Kelly. Features a Diane Sawyers interview with Kelly.

White Collar (10pm, USA) - The show returns for the winter portion of its season (I know, it's confusing the way USA and TNT break up their seasons) with Peter suspended and wrongly accused by the FBI and trying to clear his name -- all while looking for Mozzie's shooter during a sting with Neal (Matt Bomer, right).

Lights Out (10pm, FX) - Lights is threatened with criminal charges and must do the bidding of a loan shark to make it all go away. Meanwhile, his daughter Daniella learns of his health problems. Note: Meredith Hagner, who grew up in Chapel Hill, plays another of Lights Leary's daughters: Eva.

Southland (10pm, TNT) - Ben is thinking of revenge when his mother's rapist is released from prison. Also, Sammy copes with the news of his wife's affair.

The Game (10pm, BET) - Melanie comes clean to Derwin about his son, putting a strain on their marriage, and Jason lashes out against the Sabres.
