If you've heard of Floyd Council at all, probably the only thing you know about him is that he was the source of the Floyd in Pink Floyd's name. But there's a lot more to the Chapel Hill bluesman's story than that; and if Raleigh musician Bullfrog Willard McGhee gets his way, that story will spread far and wide soon.
