Time for another round of the Outer Loop Sports show with myself, Chris Edwards and D. Clay Best.

This week, we examine how area baseball teams did in their spring break tournaments (Tri-Nine did good but not as good as the Greater Neuse). We also talk a little bit about girls soccer and I wrap-up with a quick point about boys lacrosse.

Starting this week, we'll name four "players of the week." Two from the Tri-Nine and two from the Greater Neuse. The two from the Tri-Nine this week are Athens Drive pitcher Chris Williams (6 IP, 1 H, 13 K, 0 ER, 0 BB vs Broughton)  and Fuquay-Varina outfielder Addison Braswell (5 RBI, 2 HR vs Sanderson).
