What to Watch on Saturday: Olympics and 'Oddities'

2012 Summer Olympics (NBC) -  You can check to see when and where games are playing on the NBC Olympics schedule page. Highlights today include men's and women's swimming and U.S. women's beach volleyball. In the men's 440IM, Michael Phelps (left) goes head-to-head with Ryan Lochte. Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh Jennings compete in volleyball. Here are tips on watching the Olympic games.

Oddities (8pm, Discovery) - The name of the show is pretty much self-explanatory. It's about odd stuff, like pickled hearts and skull collections. And there are 6 new, back-to-back episodes on tonight.

My Cat from Hell (8pm, Animal Planet) - A cat ruins furniture, knocks things off shelves and climbs window screens in an effort to escape.  Also, a cat tries to stop a wedding (essentially).

NYC 22 (8pm, CBS) - White House tries to talk a suicidal man from jumping off the ledge of a high-rise building. Meanwhile, Lazarus and Tonya attempt to locate the parents of a minor involved in a hate crime.

The Philadelphia Experiment (9pm, Syfy) - A WWII-era experiment is revived with disastrous results as an old warship rematerializes to wreak havoc. It's up to the experiment's sole survivor and his granddaughter to stop it.

What to Watch on Saturday: Hallmark movie on romance of William & Kate

Killer Mountain (9pm, Syfy) - Mountain climbers are dispatched to rescue a missing expedition, and the team finds the mystical Shangri-La along with the site's monstrous protector.

William & Catherine: A Royal Romance (9pm, Hallmark) - An original movie recounting the romance between Prince William (Dan Amboyer) and Kate Middleton (Alice St. Clair), starting with their introduction as students at St. Andrews University. Jane Alexander plays Queen Elizabeth, Victor Garber plays Prince Charles (Prince Charles wishes!), and Jean Smart plays Camilla Parker Bowles.

Oddities (9:30pm, Discovery) - Three new episodes tonight, starting with one featuring a spooky lamp and a bone collector with an articulated rooster. In the 10:30 episode, Korn singer Jonathan Davis asks Mike and Evan to find vintage embalming equipment.

Pit Boss (10pm, Animal Planet) - In the Season 3 finale, a bitter argument between Shorty and Sebastian creates some tense moments, but the confrontation may be the last straw at Shorty's Rescue for the latter, who, along with Ronald, has landed an acting job that's hard to refuse.

Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp (10pm, VH1 Classic) - Paul Stanley from KISS teaches the campers, and all three bands perform an acoustic show at the Gibson Showroom in Beverly Hills.
