NY Med (10pm, ABC) - The good news: this is the second episode of "NY Med" this week! The bad news: this is the final new episode of the series. In tonight's series finale, a banker and mother undergoes a risky cancer operation known as ex vivo, and a 13-year-old with Crohn's disease could be a candidate for a new colon surgery. Also, a cardiac surgeon acknowledges the unpredictability of a career in medicine and a young married couple who often work together as surgical residents.

Pretty Little Liars (8pm, ABC Family) - Spencer uncovers Paige's violent past with Alison and warns Emily about her, but Emily is reluctant to take her advice.
