Wood hit five 3-pointers and Warren led all scorers with 21 points to give N.C. State an easy 94-76 win over Massachusetts in the Puerto Rico Tip-Off on Friday.

The sixth-ranked Wolfpack will face Oklahoma State in the tournament's title game on Sunday.
