Review: AT&T Motorola Atrix HD

 

The Motorola Atrix HD brings more than just hints of the RAZR aesthetic to AT&T. The 4G LTE device also flaunts some impressive specifications given a relatively modest price. As an added incentive, AT&T is including the $40 Motorola Car Dock.

At its $99 price, the device is often compared to some top shelf competition including the HTC One X and Samsung Galaxy S III.

 

Verizon, Motorola push display & battery performance with 3 new RAZR models

In a joint announcement Wednesday, Verizon Wireless and Motorola unveiled three new smart phones: the Droid RAZR M, RAZR HD, and RAZR MAXX HD.

Bandwidth's Republic Wireless reopens $19-a-month plan to new customers

Republic Wireless, a division of Cary telecom company Bandwidth, reopened enrollment on Tuesday for its $19-a-month beta plan for unlimited voice, text and data.

Bandwidth launched Republic Wireless last year. New customers are now being offered a new Motorola handset, DEFY XT.

Founded in 1999, Bandwidth also provides telecom services to thousands of small businesses across the country. It provides network services for other telecom providers such as Vonage, Skype, Google Voice and Pinger.

Last month the company announced that it would relocate to N.C. State's Centennial Campus in Raleigh, where it will occupy Red Hat's 75,000-square-foot Venture III building.

The company has signed a four-year sublease and expects to relocate to Raleigh by October.

Bandwidth employs about 275 people in Cary and more than 300 nationwide.

You can now get the Motorola Xoom

Today is the first day consumers can buy the uber-tablet Xoom from Motorola. It is also the first piece of hardware to hit shelves with Android 3.0 Honeycomb, an operating system optimized for tablets.
