You Are What You Eat (8pm, BBC America) - I am eating mixed nuts as I type this.

America's Got Talent (9pm, NBC) - It seems like this show has already been on forever, and tonight is the first performance episode? And there are 40 acts?! 

Warehouse 13 (9pm, SyFy) - The investigation of a stolen sculpture leads Pete and Myka (right) to discover a special place they deem worth  protecting.

Rescue Me (10pm, FX) - Maura Tierney guests as a trash-talking woman who shows up looking for a date. 

Hell's Kitchen (8pm, Fox) - 14 chefs are awakened in the middle of the night to prepare spaghetti and meatballs for hungry firefighters. If last week was any indication, I hope the fire fighters are given lots of bread to hold them over...

This one is from the producers of "The Bachelor / Bachelorette," but it's hosted by plus-size model Emme, so you know where this is going. Luke Conley (left), a 6-foot-3 and 300+ pound former college linebacker looks for love.

Better Off Ted (9:30pm, ABC) - Ted creates a phony project for Linda when he hears she wants to go green. But that's a problem when others want to join the fake cause.
