One Tree Hill (8pm, CW) - Haley host an annual boat festival while Mouth and Millie alter their morning show.

Bent (9pm, NBC) - Pete believes Ben is cheating on Alex and he wants her to find out about it. Elsewhere Charlie encounters a bully at school so Walt and Screwsie assist her in getting vengeance. A second episode airs at 9:30.

Happy Endings (9:30pm, ABC) - For the second week in a row, all of the ABC comedies are reruns except for "Happy Endings." Tonight, Penny tells a little white lie to get out of reuniting with a pesky childhood friend, and soon the entire gang is caught up in a frenzy of lying, with each untruth larger than the one before. Meanwhile, Max and Dave's landlord takes a liking to Alex.

Monster Man (10pm, Syfy) - Director Tony Randel tasks the team with creating a bio-mechanical pest while an up-and-coming director needs ants with explosive personalities.

Duck Dynasty (10pm, A&E) - The guys attempt to construct a conveyor belt so they can fill their largest order ever. Meanwhile, Phil wants to use dynamite to eliminate a beaver dam. At 10:30, Phil and Si give a graphic presentation at a kids' career-day event.

American Weed (10pm, NGC) - Following the ban of marijuana dispensaries in Fort Collins, the Stanley brothers stay focused on their mission to keep medical marijuana legal for patients in Colorado. Later, Josh finds out that a new federal crackdown could close one of his dispensaries in Denver.
