The Miami football recruiting class is ranked No. 9 in the country by rivals.com, but the Hurricanes class could move up within the next few years.
Bryce Brown, the No. 1 player on rivals' list, did not sign on Wednesday, which was the first day of the signing period. Brown has made a commitment to Miami, but is considering other schools.
Mike Farrell, a recruiting analyst for rivals, said Brown is the best running back prospect out of high school since Adrian Peterson.
