Megan Gravley, junior, Apex volleyball
Apex junior Megan Gravley was an attacking outside hitter for this year's undefeated 4-A state champion Apex Cougars volleyball team. Now, Gravley will follow one of her friends and teammates from this year's championship squad into college.
2010 Tri-Nine All-Conference volleyball
Submitted by jmikeblake on 11/11/2010 - 08:14The Tri-Nine all-conference volleyball teams were released, and it should be of no surprise that undefeated state champion Apex took home a number of honors. The Cougars swept the coach and player of the year awards and placed two more on the first team.
Upperclassmen became the theme of this year's list as all but six selections were seniors.
