Our "Dancing With The Stars" correspondent Lennie G puts things in perspective:The best part of last night's results show was the pairing of Matt Nathanson with the incredible Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland fame. The song they did was great and the dancing from Peta and Tristan was just plain WOW.
As for the results, the three couples in danger ended up being Martina and Tony, Roshon and Chelsie, and Gavin and Karina. Roshon in danger and not Jack! Oh my. After Roshon and Gavin were sent to safety, Martina became this season's first eliminated star. I guess women tennis players just don't get the dancing thing - remember the Monica Seles disaster? I'm wondering if Chris Evert, who was in the audience the first night, might be the one to reverse this trend.
Next week we're back to Latin dances when, hopefully, the competition will rise to the level of the first night. Yes William, I'll be watching you!
Our "Dancing with the Stars" guest blogger Lenni G is back on duty this season, and she loved last night's premiere. Here's her recap:
