What to Watch on Friday: Hello, is it Lionel Richie you're looking for?

Shark Tank (8pm, ABC) - Someone actually pitches a t-shirt product with inspirational messages that become visible when the wearer perspires. Hoping at least one of the messages is: "Hello. Is it me you're looking for?"

Who Do You Think You Are (8pm, NBC) - This episode is a repeat, but it's a good one, and since I'm declaring it unofficially "Lionel Richie Night" on Happiness is a Warm TV, I'm asking that you watch. Lionel Richie charts his family history by focusing on his grandmother's ancestry.

ACM Presents: Lionel Richie and Friends in Concert (9pm, CBS) - The great Lionel Richie performs duets of his hits with Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, and Kenny Rogers. Other country stars -- like Jason Aldean and Lady Antebellum -- perform Richie songs on their own.

Fairly Legal (9pm, USA) - Kate tries to help a bankrupt client, who is not Lionel Richie, and who is also dealing with a drug-dealer tenant.

Also tonight, Budget Blinds CEO Chad Hallock works undercover at his window-coverings company on CBS's "Undercover Boss" at 8 p.m. You know where budget blinds look really good? In a Brick House.

Goodnight everybody!

The usual country comfort at Walnut Creek

We don't have dates yet, but we do have acts for the big 2012 arena-country shows at Raleigh's Time Warner Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek. And let's just say that, aside from the first two acts listed, this year's schedule is mighty heavy on The Usual Suspects (and is actually most notable for who isn't on it, at least not yet):

(UPDATE -- dates have been added...)

Sugarland (April 28)
Lady Antebellum, Darius Rucker, Thompson Square (June 8)
Toby Keith (July 15)
Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan (July 27)
Rascal Flatts, Little Big Town, Eli Young Band, Edens Edge (Aug. 10)
Brad Paisley, The Band Perry (Aug. 24)

These six shows go on sale Feb. 3 as part of the venue's annual "country megaticket" package at prices from $129 to $649.

What's in a name: Lady Antebellum

As names go, Lady Antebellum is fine. It certainly hasn't slowed them down -- both of the country trio's albums have sold beyond platinum, which is increasingly rare nowadays. But that name means...nothing at all, actually.

"I wish I had some eloquent, beautiful story I could tell," Lady A's Hillary Scott said in a recent interview. "That it came to us in a vision. But nah. We were looking for a name and every other thing we thought of was terrible. Then we were out taking photos in Franklin, Tenn., and there were a bunch of antebellum homes. Charles [Kelley] said, 'Gosh, look at those beautiful antebellum homes,' and something clickd. 'That word is really nostalgic and country,' he said. 'There's a lot of soul in that word.' I didn't even know what it meant, but I thought it was good. 'It's weird, but o.k.,' I said. 'I like it. There's a lady in the group and it's a cool word.' So it doesn't mean anything, but it's what found us."

For more, including details on the group's Triangle show tonight, see the story in Thursday's paper.
