Our very own Kelly Alexander, a food writer in Chapel Hill, issued a challenge to Michael Ruhlman, the writer known for "The Making of a Chef" series and other notable food books.
Alexander recently wrote a story for NPR about her ambivalence for The Cheesecake Factory.
Ruhlman mocked Alexander because she was won over by the salmon miso entree. So Alexander challenged Ruhlman to eat the salmon at The Cheesecake Factory. Read what happened here.
