Kate Gosselin joins ranks of coupon bloggers

Kate Gosselin, mother of 8 of reality TV fame, has got a new job.....as a coupon blogger.

She's being advertised on the deals site couponcabin.com as a regularly contributing coupon blogger. The announcement comes just months after the "Kate Plus 8" show ended with her wondering how she was going to afford to feed her brood.

What to Watch on Sunday: 'Dexter' and 'Amazing Race' finales

Amazing Race (8pm, CBS) - The final three teams race to the finish line to claim the $1 million top prize.

The Simpsons (8pm, Fox) - After Homer is jailed on New Year's Eve for bribery, he agrees to go undercover as an informant against mobster Fat Tony (voiced by Joe Mantegna) to reduce his sentence. Jon Hamm does the voice of the FBI investigator.

Dexter (9pm, Showtime) - In the fifth-season finale, Dexter (Michael C. Hall) smells a trap being set for him and Lumen (Julia Stiles, left) and pulls out all the stops in an effort to avoid getting caught in it. Elsewhere, personal feelings get in the way of Debra's investigation into the Barrel Girls, and Quinn gets in a bind from which only Dexter can extricate him.

Wishful Drinking (9pm, HBO) - Carrie Fisher's autobigraphical stage production chronicles her life in and out of show business as the daughter of singer Eddie Fisher and actress Debbie Reynolds. Here's our review.

Hot in Cleveland (9pm, TV Land) - Betty White, Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, and Wendie Malick look back at the best moments (and bloopers) of their inaugural season. They also preview Season 2, which begins in January.

Marry Me (9pm, Lifetime) - In part one of a two-part movie, a social worker (Lucy Liu) with aspirations of a fairy-tale romance is torn between three suitors, all of whom propose to her. Steven Pasquale and Bobby Cannavale also star. Adrienne reviews it.

Sarah Palin's Alaska (9pm, TLC) - Palin takes fellow reality star Kate Gosselin and her brood on a camping trip.

Brothers & Sisters (10pm, ABC) - The Walkers are without their matriarch for Christmas when Nora takes off for a last-minute vacation with Karl. Meanwhile, Saul runs into a former lover (Richard Chamberlain).

Kate Gosselin visits Sarah Palin for reality show

The magazine InTouch Weekly reports that Kate Gosselin recently took her gang of eight to Alaska to meet up with former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, all for her TLC reality show "Kate Plus 8."

The magazine says that Palin, Kate, and the kids go camping, and that Palin's father, a science teacher, gives the kids a "hands-on natural history lesson." We hope it's not shooting a wolf or skinning a moose.

The magazine's source does say Palin gives Kate a lesson in how to avoid bears. Too bad she can't go back in time and teach her how to avoid dogs.

Sarah Palin has her own reality show coming soon to TLC, which has been described as being about "Sarah Palin's Alaska."

"Dancing with the Stars" elimination: Hallelujah.

Tonight's elimination ensures guest blogger Chuck Small will stay on the job! Take it away, Chuck:

Tonight's "Dancing With the Stars" results show starts with a quick elimination round for the folks at top and bottom of Monday's leader board: Nicole Scherzinger/Derek Hough are safe. Kate Gosselin/Tony Dovolani are in the bottom two.

The audience boos. (Have they been paying attention?)

"Dancing With the Stars": Kate needs to tan-GO!

Our leased mom, Lenni G., is back to give her take on last night's competition:

Welcome to "Passion Night", a night of tangos and rumbas, a "double score showdown," a hope that the hype would keep up with the dancing. And, thanks to Evan and Pam, it did.

So, what's a double score showdown?  Well, it's getting a score from each of the judges in two categories - technique (technical) and performance.  And what were the judges looking for on the technical side?  For the tango, it was outside swivels, contra checks and Viennese crosses;  for the rumba, it was spirals to a rope spin, opening outs and my fav move, the incredibly popular sliding doors.

Here's how it went -

Dancing with the Stars: Results. Huh?!

Lenni G. sounds off on last night:

WHAT!@#*?

That's the only thing that comes to my mind when trying to describe my reaction to the results show last night.

First, Pamela Anderson and her partner are in the bottom two - WHAT!@#*?

Second, Buzz Aldrin and his partner are the first couple going through to next week - WHAT!@#*?

Dancing with the Stars: Kate Gosselin illustrates why people don't like her

We didn't receive a wave of mom nominations for our "Dancing With the Stars" correspondent.

But that's OK, because one good son stepped forward and his mom is our pal, Lenni G!

Here's her take on last night's show:

Last night had highs (two) and lows (two) and lots in the middle (seven).

All that adds up to eleven and here's how I think they did -

"Dancing With the Stars": Hey Len, take it down a notch!

Each week, Brooke's mom used to give us the rundown on "Dancing With the Stars."

But she retired and now we're looking for mom's to help out. Or dad.

Or someone who wants to be a mom or dad.

Anyway, last night, my mom agreed to watch and comment.

Here's what she had to say about the premiere night:

Big surprises in new cast of "Dancing with the Stars"

ABC announced the new cast of "Dancing with the Stars" during tonight's finale of "The Bachelor," and as was heavily rumored, the group includes reality star Kate Gosselin and "Baywatch"/home movie star, Pamela Anderson (my best wishes to the DWTS costume designers and seamstresses).

But there were a couple of picks we did not see coming. For one, the cryingest bachelor in "Bachelor" history, Jake Pavelka is joining the cast. That's a little surprising. But honestly, the prize for the Out of Freaking Nowhere pick goes to astronaut and second person to set foot on the moon, Buzz Aldrin. Really, Buzz?

All in all, it actually sounds like a pretty decent cast of "stars" this year, which means I've actually heard of almost all of these people (sorry "All My Children" star). . . .

Kate Gosselin on "Dancing with the Stars"

The Washington Post is reporting that divorced reality mom Kate Gosselin will be competing on the new season of "Dancing with the Stars."

Gosselin has publically expressed interest in being on the show (and pretty much any other show that will have her), so it looks like she'll get her wish. ABC will make the official announcement Monday night during the finale of "The Bachelor."
