Learn to cook a gluten-free Thanksgiving

Gluten-free cooking instructor Jules Shepard is teaching a cooking class this Friday at Earth Fare in Brier Creek. Shepard's popular class usually sells out but there are still seats available.

The class is 6-8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, Earth Fare at Brier Creek. Learn how to make dinner rolls, pumpkin pie, and stuffing or dressing, depending upon where you grew up. Plus, enjoy a tasting of gluten-free beer.

The class costs $40 for an individual and $70 for couples in the same household.

Jules Shepard returns to teach gluten-free cooking class

Jules Shepard, a gluten free cooking instructor, will return to Raleigh March 20 to teach another cooking class at Earth Fare at Brier Creek.

She will be teaching how to make glute-free versions of sandwich bread,
southern biscuits, snickerdoodle cookies and birthday cake. Call 919-433-1390 or click HERE to register online. 

Shephard had come to the Triangle before and her classes have sold out quickly. So sign up now if you are interested.

The class is 2 p.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday, March 20.

The class costs $40 per person or $70 per couple who must be in the same family. A portion of the class fee is donated to the University of Maryland Center for Celiac Research.  

Shephard will raffle off a Gluten Free goodie gift basket, as well has have her gluten-free flour replacement and cookbooks for sale.
