What to Watch on Thursday: Stay for 'Awake' after 'Up All Night' on NBC

American Idol (8pm, Fox) - Finalists are revealed and judges add their wild-card choices to the final group.

Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Academy Awards (9pm, ABC) - If you went to bed before midnight on Sunday and missed this, here's a second chance. Guests: Oprah, Billy Crystal, Coldplay, Meryl Streep, George Clooney, and others.

Up All Night (9:30pm, NBC) - A new boss takes the reins of Ava's show after it's acquired by Ava and Reagan's idol. Elsewhere, Chris and Reed try to restore an old motorcycle.

Awake (10pm, NBC) - A new drama about a detective who awakens after his family's car accident to discover he's alternately living in two parallel worlds. In one world, his wife survived the crash and his son died. In the other, his son is alive but his wife is dead. Which life is real? Or maybe it's neither? Who knows! This pilot is really good. Here's my "Awake" review.

Mudcats (10pm, History) - Sorry, no. This is not about the Zebulon baseball team. It's a reality show that chronicles catfish-catching crews battling for fishing territory against hundreds of amateur contestants on the lakes and rivers of Oklahoma.

Archer (10pm, FX) - Archer's sexcapades compromise his effectiveness as an agent (again) and this time, it's really serious.

FYI: ABC and CBS (except for "Rob") are all repeats tonight.

What to Watch on Thursday: Building skyscrapers on the moon?

So You Think You Can Dance (8pm, Fox) - The Top 20 dancers are introduced.

Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night (8pm, ABC) - Kimmel's guests for tonight's pre-NBA Finals show are Ron Artest, David Arquette, and Usher. The actual game (game 5) starts at 9 p.m.

Known Universe (9pm, National Geographic Channel) - Engineering in space represents the future of human civilization, but also poses some of our greateste technical difficulties. Tonight the show visits NASA's tool lab for a look at equipment used to build in space, from high-tech wrenches and hammers to a robotic handyman name Robonaut. Also, scientists discuss building a skyscraper on the moon.

Swamp People (9pm, History) - Liz gets her own boat and sets out to prove herself to Troy. Also, Junior lets Willie hunt solo, an alligator attacks R.J. and Jay Paul's lines, and feral hogs cause trouble.

CMT Music Awards (9pm, CMT) - If you missed it last night, it's on again tonight. Scotty McCreery presents, and Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum perform.

Love Bites (10pm, NBC) - Almost surprised this made it to a second show (the first one was that bad). Tonight, Annie's pal (Michelle Trachtenberg) resorts to being best friend to her commitment-shy flame, and a young man (Skylar Astin) takes up knitting to impress a woman.

Jimmy Kimmel matches Scotty McCreery's face with more appropriate voice

In case you missed it earlier this week, here's Jimmy Kimmel talking about Scotty McCreery's performance on 'American Idol.' Kimmel jokes about Scotty's deep voice and how it doesn't match his youthful face. It's pretty funny -- just watch.

What does Zach Galifianakis do on his NC farm?

So Zach Galifianakis (who we all know is from North Carolina) has a farm here, right? Ever wonder what he does there? Take a look at his hilarious interview on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" from this past week:

Watch parts two and three of the Galifianakis interview.

What to Watch on Wednesday: Kimmel goes "Twilight" in primetime

Top Chef: Washington, DC (9pm, Bravo) - In support of First Lady Michele Obama's national initiative to end childhood obesity, the chefs make healthy food for kids at a Washington middle school. The guest judge is White House chef Sam Kass.

The Fabulous Beekman Boys (9pm, Planet Green) - Josh's plans to celebrate his 40th birthday at the farm are trumped by Brent's agreement to host a wedding at The Beekman. Expect whining from Josh.

In Plain Sight (10pm, USA) - Mary keeps an eye on a teen witness while her separating parents bicker and ignore her. Also, Marshall thinks a witness may have betrayed his brother, and Brandi tends to her sketchy brother Scott after he's attacked.

Work of Art: The Next Great Artist (10pm, Bravo) - Art meets lit when the competing artists have to create cover art for books. Guest judge is author Jonathan Santlofer.

Hot in Cleveland (10pm, TV Land) - Joy (Jane Leeves) has a fling with a younger man that dredges up a secret from her past, and Melanie (Valerie Bertinelli) coaxes Elka (Betty White) to dive back into the dating world, helping her decide between a bevy of men.

"Lost" alternate endings from "Jimmy Kimmel Live"

Here are the really hilarious "alternate endings" to the "Lost" finale as presented last night on Jimmy Kimmel's special "Lost" postmortem (which was so good). Even if you don't watch "Lost," these are fantastic and you'll enjoy them, I promise.

What to Watch on Wednesday: "Psych" think tank backfires

Winter Olympics (NBC) - Apolo Ohno returns to the short track and Lindsey Vonn in the giant slalom. Also, USA hockey, curling, and bobsled.  Full schedule.

Jimmy Kimmel Live (12midnight, ABC) - Jeff Bridges ("Crazy Heart") is Jimmy's guest.

JB Smoove infects Jimmy Kimmel with "the ruckus"

I love this guy. J.B. Smoove (who was born in Plymouth, N.C.) brought the ruckus to "Jimmy Kimmel Live" last night, and we're pretty sure Kimmel is now infected. Smoove is best known for playing Leon Black on HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm."

Do you have the ruckus? Watch below:

Kimmel responds to Leno's "sucker-punched" accusation (VIDEO)

Jimmy Kimmel responded to Jay Leno's accusation on yesterday's "Oprah Winfrey Show" that Kimmel "sucker-punched" him when Kimmel appeared on Jay's show a few weeks ago.

On his own show last night, Kimmel pointed out that he didn't believe going on a comedy show and making jokes qualifies as a "sucker-punch." But he joked that having a comedian on your show and then running to Oprah to rat them out did feel a little like a sucker-punch. Kimmel was funny about it, not whiney and victimized (like Jay). Kimmel did what comedians do: he turned the dispute something funny, he didn't run to Oprah for therapy and damage control.

Kimmel said if he made a mistake when he went on Jay's show earlier this month, it was in thinking Jay would stray from his cue cards (which he did not). "He just stood there, kind of reading through the questions like a robot." Kimmel said he expected to make some jokes about the late night mess and then they'd "mix it up" a bit because, as Kimmel said, "you know, at one time he was a comedian." OUCH. And also, BULLSEYE.

The video is below. I also love the part where Kimmel asks everyone to keep Jay in their prayers.

Letterman and others skewer Jay 'Big Jaw' Leno (VIDEO)

The late night world is in turmoil while NBC stews in their own ineptitude, but the beneficiaries (for now, at least) are the viewers. The current late night shows are on fire poking fun at Jay Leno and the Peacock, making it harder than ever to decide who to watch each night before bed.

Perhaps the funniest late night skewering last night came from David Letterman, who knows a little something about getting screwed by NBC. Letterman repeatedly referred to Leno as Jay 'Big Jaw' Leno, and did a pretty hilarious immitation of Leno's high-pitched voice. Jimmy Kimmel was also hilarious, doing his entire show impersonating Leno, and his guest, Chevy Chase, wore a Conan O'Brien wig. Conan's monologue was also funny, telling his audience he would soon be available for childrens parties.
