What to Watch on Saturday: Jim Carrey hosts SNL

Change of Plans (8pm, Fox) - A childless married couple (Brooke White, Joe Flanigan) find their lives dramatically changed when they become the legal guardians of four orphaned children, three of whom were previously adopted from third-world countries. Randy Jackson and NASCAR's Jeff Burton have cameos.

Perfectly Prudence (9pm, Hallmark) - A follow-up to the 2008 movie "Dear Prudence," which advice guru Prudence McCoy (Jane Seymour) tries to protect her TV show from producers who want to revamp her image. One of the producers turns out to be an old flame (Joe Lando), and the other charms her naive daughter (Katie Flynn).

Celebrity Ghost Stories (9pm, Bio) - Ghostly encounters from John Schneider, Cheri Oteri, and Corbin Bernsen.

Saturday Night Live (11:30pm, NBC) - Jim Carrey is the first host of 2011 and the musical guest is Black Keys. It's only Carrey's second time hosting the show. Can that be right?

Austin City Limits (Midnight, UNC-TV) - The Monsters of Folk supergroup (My Morning Jacket's Jim James, Bright Eyes' Conor Oberst and Mike Mogis, and M. Ward) perform selections from their 2009 album.
