Durham Public Schools will hold two free parent workshops this month on supporting middle schoolers.
The sessions, on Thursday and Monday, begin at 6 p.m. with registration.
They’ll focus on motivation, stages of adolescence, Internet safety, steps to graduation, and reading and writing.
A light dinner will be provided, as well as free child care and Spanish interpreters.
The sessions will be held at the DPS Staff Development Center, 2107 Hillandale Road, Durham.
Parents may register online or call 560-3652.
