What to Watch on Saturday: Weird Al and the ghosts of Bedlam

Weird Al Yankovic Live - The Alpocalypse Tour (9pm, Comedy Central) - Weird Al Yankovic performs songs from his 2011 album "Alpocalypse," including "Perform This Way," and familiar favorites such as "Fat" and "Amish Paradise." Filmed in Toronto at Massey Hall in July.

Storm Chasers Greatest Storms (9pm, Discovery) - Highlights from the 2010 tornado season are featured.

Love's Everlasting Courage (9pm, Hallmark) - Continuing from the "Love Begins" movie, farmer Clark Davis (Wes Brown) struggles to repay a loan and save his land during a drought. To make matters worse, his wife (Julie Mond) becomes gravely ill after agreeing to take a job to bring in more income.

Home by Novogratz (9:30pm, HGTV) - The Novogratz duo upgrade a living-dining room in a luxury apartment for two bachelors. They get bright blue paint, unique art pieces, vintage and modern furniture, and a bar.

Bedlam (10pm, BBC America) - Residents of Bedlam Heights apartments are haunted by ghosts, one of whom threatens a woman who lives and works there. In this series opener, the woman is visited by her adopted cousin who reportedly can see ghosts and glimpses of past events.

Saturday Night Live (11:29pm, NBC) - Recent Emmy-winner Melissa McCarthy hosts. Lady Antebellum is the musical guest.

What to Watch on Saturday: 'Love Begins' in Hallmark movie

Up All Night (9pm, NBC) - If you missed this premiere on Wednesday, check it out tonight. "Free Agents" airs at 9:30.

Love Begins (9pm, Hallmark) - Clark Davis (Wes Brown) has adventurous dreams of seeing the world, but those dreams are put into jeopardy after he and a friend start a fight which damages a local cafe. Through a plea deal with the sheriff (Jere Burns) and cafe owner (Nancy McKeon), Clark works off his sentence as a farmhand for the Barlow sisters, Ellen (Julie Mond) and Cassie (Abigail Mavity). As time passes, Clark and Ellen begin to fall for one another.

Doctor Who (9pm, BBC America) - The time travelers arrive at a mysterious hotel that houses their deepest fears.

Home by Novogratz (9:30pm, HGTV) - An apartment shared by four models needs some personality and warmth (insert your own joke).

48 Hours Mystery (10pm, CBS) - The release of the West Memphis Three (Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin, Jessie Misskelley), who were convicted of murdering three 8-year-old boys in 1993.

Bad Dog! (10pm, Animal Planet) - A dog that plays the piano and sings (how is that bad!?) and a dog with an insatiable appetite.

Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp (10pm, VH1 Classic) - Sammy Hagar rehearses with the campers for the sold-out season-finale concert on the Sunset Strip.

What to Watch on Saturday: Family football flick set in North Carolina

Game Time: Tackling the Past (8pm, NBC) - In this new family movie, personal and professional issues rock a football star (Ryan McPartin, aka 'Captain Awesome' on "Chuck"), who returns to his small North Carolina hometown of Riverton and reconnects with the family, friends and community he abandoned in favor of gridiron glory. Beau Bridges plays his dad and Catherine Hicks plays his mother. Here's a more detailed synopsis of the movie, which is guaranteed by sponsors Procter & Gamble and WalMart to have a happy, uplifting message at the end.

Doctor Who (9pm, BBC America) - The Doctor makes a house call for a boy who is terrified of the monsters lurking in his bedroom cupboard.

Lockup: Tampa - Extended Stay (10pm, MSNBC) - The series premiere about life inside Hillsborough County Jail in Tampa focuses on the experiences of a rookie deputy who's locked in a housing pod with 72 inmates. Also, a surprise attack on a sheriff's deputy and a convicted rapist loses his cool in court.

Home by Novogratz (10pm, HGTV) - The Novogratzes' country home is spruced up with spray-painted tire swings, an art space for kids, and modern and vintage  additions to the home's exterior.

Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp (10pm, VH1 Classic) - Drummer Marky Ramone of The Ramones james with campers, who are given 24 hours to write an original song.

What to Watch on Saturday: A trip to 'Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp'

Mega Shark vs. Crocosaurus (9pm, Syfy) - A gigantic, immensely powerful shark does battle with a fierce primordial crocodile from Africa.

Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp (10pm, VH1 Classic) - In the second season opener, 15 contestants divide into three bands and are mentored by Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum, and Mark Hudson (right). This season will feature guest appearances from Paul Stanley of KISS, Phil Collen of Def Leppard, Marky Ramone of The Ramones, and Sammy Hagar. Season 8 of "That Metal Show" airs after this at 11.

Pit Boss (10pm, Animal Planet) - Shorty pledges to hold adoption events exclusively for pit bulls. Also, Sebastian moonlights to pay for his new hearing aids, and persuades Ronald and Ashley to help with his side job.

Home by Novogratz (10pm, HGTV) - A student-athlete lounge is created in a Los Angeles high school at the request of the NBA's Paul Pierce. Bob's gonna have a lot of fun with this one. Included: parquet floors, flea market finds, modern furniture, a colorful lighting cluster, and large photographic window treatments.

What to Watch on Saturday: Nicollette Sheridan in Hallmark movie

Honeymoon for One (8pm, Hallmark) - A new Hallmark movie starring Nicollette Sheridan (left, "Desperate Housewives") as a Los Angeles advertising exec who travels to Ireland alone for her honeymoon after breaking things off with her dishonest finance. While abroad, she develops a connection with a local estate manager (Greg Wise), but a conflict involving her business threatens the budding romance.

Doomsday Prophecy (9pm, Syfy) - A Syfy movie in which an archaeologist and a book editor try to save the world from a looming geological nightmare.

Wrestlemania: The World Premiere (9pm, NBC) - Highlights of the 27th annual event at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, featuring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has host of the bouts. Included: John Cena vs. Miz; Undertaker vs. Triple H; and a six-person tag-team match featuring Snooki Polizzi ("Jersey Shore").

Home by Novogratz (10pm, HGTV) - Bob and Cortney create an industrial and cozy condo. Included: chalkboard paint, wall stencils, bold wallpaper, vintage lighting, modern furniture.

Pit Boss Special: For Our Fans (10pm, Animal Planet) - Some of the most memorable moments of the series are revisited, and Shorty and his crew share outtakes, bloopers, and previously unseen footage.

What to Watch on Saturday: In search of Simon Miller

Reminder: The "I Love Lucy" marathon is going on over on the Hallmark Channel.

Who is Simon Miller (8pm, NBC) - A new family movie about geologist Simon Miller (Loren Dean) who vanishes, and his wife (Robyn Lively) and two children set out on a desperate search to find him. The mystery deepens when the family discovers Simon has used secret aliases and has led a shadowy double life.

Pit Boss (10pm, Animal Planet) - Shorty's solo rescue of a friend's dog hits a snag when he runs into a neighbor who hates pit bulls.

Home by Novogratz (10pm, HGTV) - Bob and Cortney give an Orlando elementary school a $50,000 renovation. Included: a music room update, an Asian-pillow reading area, an art space with designer chairs, wall stencils, and a neon sign.

Michael Ian Black: Very Famous (11pm, Comedy Central) - Comedian Michael Ian Black performs in Philadelphia at the Trocadero Theatre.

What to Watch on Saturday: Danny Glover, dragon slayer

Dogs 101 (8pm, Animal Planet) - In this special episode on grooming, the different types, textures, and lengths of dogs' coats are explored.

The Cabin (8pm, Hallmark Movie Channel) - A divorced mom (Lea Thompson) and her kids are forced to bunk with a single dad (Steven Brand) and his two children after a cabin mix-up at a resort in Scotland. Though the adults initially clash, they decide to join forces to compete in a sporting event at the resort, and it's not long before sparks start to fly.

Age of Dragons (9pm, Syfy) - A new Syfy movie starring Danny Glover as an obsessed Ahab who seeks revenge on the fire-breathing dragon that killed his family and left him horribly scarred. As you can tell, it's a reimagining of Herman Melville's classic novel "Moby Dick."

Nick and Vanessa's Dream Wedding (9pm, TLC) - There's not much else on, so ... Cameras follow Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo as they plan their July 15, 2011 wedding and then say "I do" on Richard Branson's private island.

Home by Novogratz (10pm, HGTV) - We think this is the most interesting design show on TV. Tonight, Bob and Cortney revamp a dull Manhattan townhouse. Included: a fireplace and outdoor seating on the terrace, mod chandeliers in the living room, and art gallery-inspired walls.

Pit Boss (10pm, Animal Planet) - Shorty tries to persuade the owners of three abused pit bulls to give up their dogs.

What to Watch on Saturday: Shorty speaks up for dogs in Denver

Happily Divorced (8pm,TV Land) - There's a marathon of all episodes starting at 8pm.

Cool Hand Luke (8pm, TCM) - A classic. Paul Newman stars in this portrayal of life  on a prison chain gang.

From Spain with Love (9:30pm, Cooking) - Tonight, a tour of Granada featuring the Albaicin Arab quarter, traditional Moroccan dishes with lamb and couscous, and a tangine of chicken with olives and preserved lemon.

Pit Boss (10pm, Animal Planet) - Pit bull rescuer Shorty Rossi (right) advocates for pit bulls in Denver, where a law banning the breed has been passed. Also, Shorty reunites an owner with her dogs.

Home by Novogratz (10pm, HGTV) - The Novogratz duo create a multipurpose basement playroom and entertainment area for a New Jersey family. Included: a sliding-board staircase, a custom bar area with vintage furniture, a magnet sculpture, and a collage of kids' art.

What to Watch on Saturday: 'Home by Novogratz' looks inviting

Primetime: Jaycee Dugard In Her Own Words (9pm, ABC) - A repeat of Diane Sawyer's highly rated interview with kidnapping victim Jaycee Dugard.

Super Eruption (9pm, Syfy) - A firefighter (Richard Burgi) and a volcanologist (Juilet Aubrey) combine forces to save lives in the wake of a devastating eruption at Yellowstone National Park.

Keeping up with the Randalls (9pm, Hallmark) - A Los Angeles fashion designer (Kayla Ewell) competes in a sporting contest held by her boyfriend's family, whom she is meeting for the first time. As she flounders in several events, she begins to worry the family won't accept her.

Home by Novogratz (10pm, HGTV) - The husband-and-wife design team Cortney and Robert Novogratz (right) used to have a really good reality show on Bravo ("Nine by Design" also featured the couple's seven children, though sparingly). We're not sure what happened to that, but as long as we get them back, we don't care what channel they're on. In this premiere episode, a bohemian beach house is created for a pair of surfing sisters using pink wallpaper and floors, a striped staircase, and tag-art wallpaper.

Pit Boss (10pm, Animal Planet) - In the Season 3 premiere, a night rescue goes wrong when Shorty's cries for help go unheard. Meanwhile, the homeless get free lessons on training their pit bulls.
