The East regionals start Tuesday with the 4-A girls and 3-A boys.
Southeast Raleigh, Millbrook, Northwood and Northern Durham girls begin play while Chapel Hill, Millbrook, Wakefield and Northwood boys start play.
Friday's NCHSAA East boys basketball sectional finals
Submitted by jmikeblake on 02/24/2011 - 07:45In the 4-A ranks, Garner and New Hanover meet for a sectional title for the second straight year. Chapel Hill gets a chance to advance to the 3-A East Regional, while Northwood visits cross-county rival Jordan-Matthews in the 2-A ranks.

Middle Creek, Wakefield boys in same bracket
