Psych (9pm, USA) - A two-hour block of new "Psych" episodes tonight. In the first, Shawn bumbles a high-profile case against a crime lord, resulting in the Psych team and Henry's firings. Then Shawn has dreams that show him what Santa Barbara would be like if he had never returned (hence the bizarre shot of Gus, Dule Hill, at right). But this time all the hopefuls are true amateur cooks, and it seems to be a little lighter on the whole "wrath of hell" vibe you get from "HK." In fact, tonight's first round of auditions has a couple of tearjerker moments. Don't think I've ever cried watching "Hell's Kitchen." And there's a local guy on the show, but we'll have to wait till next week to see him.

9 By Design (10pm, Bravo) - Tonight is the season 1 finale of a terrific show about married designers in New York City and their 7 -- seven -- children. Children with names like Major and Wolfie and Five. But they aren't weird in that annoying super hipster kind of way,
