"He Loves Me": Candidate for the Lifetime Hall of Fame

When Heather Locklear is bad, she's good. When she's evil, she's delicious.

You'll want a heaping helping of Heather in "He Loves Me" (Lifetime 9 tonight) because she's beyond evil -- she's bat crazy! And this movie is fun, fun, fun.

Locklear plays Laura, a successful Seattle real estate agent, married to a cardiologist and the mother of a six-year-old daughter. Yet when we meet her, she's carrying on an affair that's almost all consuming. She goes to a psychiatrist to learn to stop. As she struggles with her issue, she begins to believe her husband is having an affair, and she's desperate that he not leave. That desperation leads to all kinds of trouble.

What to Watch on Tuesday: Heather Locklear returns to awful Melrose Place

Merry Madagascar (8pm, NBC) - And here we go with the first major network prime time Christmas special, more than a week before Thanksgiving. It has Carl Reiner so I'm cutting it some slack.

Biggest Loser (8:30pm, NBC) - Tim Gunn ("Project Runway") and Tabatha Coffey ("Tabatha's Salon Takeover") are on hand to makeover the remaining contestants.

Melrose Place (9pm, CW) - Amanda Woodward is back, beaches! And she promptly fires half the staff at the WPK Agency, including Caleb. So what do you think, can Heather Locklear (right) save this awful show?

John Mayer  Live from the Beacon Theater (9pm, Fuse) - It's your favorite breathy-voiced singer-songwriter in a live show from Beacon Theater in New York. You are cordially invited to tweet about your viewing experience using #mayoronfuse and you could see your tweet live on TV during the show (and if you're on Twitter, you better be following us @WarmTV!). Fuse is channel 133 on Time Warner Cable, 339 on DirecTV, or DISH 158.

NCIS: Los Angeles (9pm, CBS) - A murdered marine leads to a volatile militia group and a stolen missile. Unfortunately, the team has to work without Hetty, who is testifying in D.C.
